Intro to Jonathon Kresner (Me)

Jonathon

If I had to list one goal I think will remain constant throughout my life, it is to learn about, build and apply technologies that help people improve their quality of life.

Nothing excites me more than fulfilling the process of:

Idea -> Implementation -> Mass Adoption

I'm a talented and passionate young entrepreneur with a combined BSc in Computer Science and BA in History. I have a dispostion towards software and the web and my ongoing desire is to seek innovative projects that help people engage the non-technological world faster, easier and safer.

To date I have tried to establish two web-startups. preparty.com was my first and unfortunately now it only exists as a memory. I started the project in 2005 with the idea of building a socially twisted events management website with feature like e-invitaions, venue finder & more (all thsi pre-facebook-events I might add). My second love climbfind.com, on the other hand has experienced consistent growth since it's launch in October 2008. It is a simpler idea, being a niche social network taylored for rock climbers with the goal of helping them find partners to climb with. It is just a matter of time before I embark on a 3rd or even 4th online adventure.

Anyway, thanks for stopping by and I hope you enjoy my personal site,

Jonathon
